Would you use wood?

As you know I love using things for party/table decor that normally would not be used for that purpose. This designer found a tree stump on the side of the road and used it for seating. Birch branches used as a centerpiece.
Wood plank used as a table runner.

Would you use any of these in your table decor? Personally, I love the third one the best. Love how the wood is so rustic against the elegant table setting. However, I am intrigued by the tree stump seating. I would use it if I could convince my hubby to haul and cut it! NOT!!
Not too crazy about the birch branch sticks as centerpiece it looks like.....birch branch sticks. Your thoughts??

    Hi Michelle. Like you the 3rd one is my favorite. The tree trunk seats are cute but they look way to low, uncomfortable and if they aren't sealed, well I hate to think about your clothes. They would be cute sealed and used for a kids table, maybe with a Gnome theme.

    Love them all - but I have to agree with the third one - I love the simplicity of the wood against the elegance of the table setting.
