Sneak Peek Modern Baby Tea Party

Do you all recall my invitation for the Modern Baby Tea Party here?? Well, the party is tomorrow. As you know, I generally only post my custom parties because you may get sick of seeing my same signature theme parties over and over. It's funny because Maddy is at the stage where she is in love with Cinderella and Princess and the Frog! Boy, is she in luck...I happen to know someone who has TONS of princess stuff! :)

I have been to so many baby showers where you sit on couches or chairs without tables. Once you start to play the written games ~there aren't enough pens and nothing to write on!! Here is my solution. Remember my $ Tree clipboard here? Well, I knew that I was going to print off 5X7 games so I bought the 6X9 clipboards. I wasn't sure if I was going to use paper or how I was going to embellish them. Then I was in $ Tree (once again) and saw large size black and white craft paint and that's all it took. It was a sign that I was meant to paint these bad boys!! So I painted the front and back with black and used a sponge circle (generally used for stenciling) and just dabbed on the white polka dots!!
Here is the front. The back...it really didn't take long to do these. I wasn't trying to be all perfect so that made it an easy task. Here is the final product with the attached games. You know that I tried to find black and white polka dot pens but couldn't so these were the best I could do. Watch me find them next week while I'm out shopping for Easter stuff! So tomorrow is the shower and of course I will post pics tomorrow night. You will actually be getting a 2 for 1 tomorrow. I am posting 2 parties tomorrow ~I'll explain the connection when I post.
