Look no further than your $ Tree kids section for plastic bead necklaces that little girls use to play dress up! Glass cylinder from $ Tree and some Mod Podge or craft glue...Viola! Looks expensive, right???

Dollar Day Creation
Saw a similar photo of beaded vase...but so expensive and I thought to myself....Self, what can you use to get this similar effect but on the cheap??? This looks a bit like a vase with seaglass that I saw yesterday. The colors are similar. This doesn't look at all like plastic beads!
