Did you know that July 18th is Ice Cream Day? Me neither until I was searching the wonderful world wide web for something totally different. But this new found knowledge brought to mind my muse for today! Madison was watching an episode of Team Umizoomi and they made ice cream pizza. I promised her to make one. I found this recipe from Family Fun. How perfect~I can keep my promise and celebrate Ice Cream Day as well! Yippee for another holiday to celebrate and throw a party...okay the party part is a bit much. :) To be perfectly honest, I really provided the Family Fun recipe for my foodie peeps...me, I'm going the good old Betty Crocker chocolate chip or brownie mix bag route. Sorry to disappoint ~ my baking skills need much work.
