I recently posted about balloon flip flops. Here is a great balloon wreath that would be great for any birthday party or celebration! GREAT for all of those popular rainbow parties!! You can either use all colors or color coordinate balloons to your party. Then make the balloon flip flops for the girls party favors. Give the boys water balloons and water guns for party favors.
