BBQ Sundae

I was in Kansas one time and ate a very similar concoction. I'm not sure what is was called but I call it a BBQ sundae. I just love this mason jar layered dish. It is truly a great way to enjoy all of BBQ favorites at once! It is very good and would be great for your 4th of July BBQ or take to watch the fireworks.
Divide 2 cups warm baked beans evenly among 4 (10 ounce) mason jars
Top each portion of beans with 1/2 cup of prepared coleslaw
Then 1/4 pound of warm shredded beef....or just eye it all like I do!!
It's best to top of each "Sundae" with BBQ sauce and a pickle wedge.

I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and we have a similar concept but in sandwich form. The famous Primanti Brothers sandwich. It is ham, french fries, tomato, provolone cheese, and coleslaw stuffed between two slices of Italian bread and served on wax paper. It is divine and every year when I go home to watch my Steelers play...it is a must to get one. There is even a Primanti Brothers in Heinz stadium! I'm getting homesick just thinking about it!! What is your city signature dish??
