Some people like it served cold, especially the blanco variety. But try it at room temperature if you want to appreciate the full bouquet and body. I just threw a rum tasting party. My backyard was full of banquet chairs, tables and tents. There was almost every kind of rum you could think of. It turned out really nice. Next time I will do a tequila tasting party.
