Just got back from Orlando and had to post some pics. You know I took at least a few hundred but need to seriously do some deleting! I will spare you with the hundred of photos and just show a few pics.
My princess. Madison most favorite movie....Toy Story 3! She LOVES Toy Story...can you guess her theme for her birthday??No Maddy is not crying because of my poor singing!! She wanted a mic as well. :)The thing I was so excited about the most was taking my princess to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in Cinderella's Castle. Since one of my most popular parties is princess, I thought I would see what the masters do and learn a few things....NOT!! I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The fairy Godmother in training we got barely even spoke to Madison and NEVER smiled ..... it wasn't magical at all! Plus she hurt Madison with the hair pins then got frustrated when Madison didn't want her to put anymore in. They were out of nail polish and offered to give you either silly band bracelets or 10 percent off. We went to Downtown Disney on our last day and the salon over there looked nicer and less crazy! Wish I would have done it there but thought that it would be better being that it was in Cinderella's Castle...wrong! Tip: Have your daughter wear her own princess dress and just have the hair and makeup done. Will save you tons of money! Madison picked pink hair!! I really tried to sway her towards her own hair color but NO she insisted on pink!
I thought she looked a hot mess but she was happy! Seriously a lot of money to look that way!
Madison met Princesses Belle, Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)and fairies. Madison met Tinkerbell, Fawn and Vida.
The Princess and the Pacifier! UUURRRGH.....much to my dismay. We had a wonderful trip but very glad to be back home. Many of you already know that I'm originally from Pittsburgh needless to say I'm a die hard Steelers fan. So since they are in the playoffs on Saturday you know what that means!!??? Playoff party! NO rest for the weary...I must get ready to get my black and gold on! I'll make sure to include some tips and tricks for your Superbowl parties as well....hopefully my boys will be there!!
Looks like a fun time! Sorry the salon experience wasn't what you thought, I can only imagine how much that cost!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing pics with us : )

Sorry to hear about the princess expierence, thats so not like Disney. Umm and about those Steelers-dream on. The Ravens GOT THIS!
ReplyDeleteShe looks so cute! I hate hearing that the Boutique experience wasn't good for you. They didn't start that until after my daughter was too old, so luckily we never had to try that. I suggest writing a letter and letting them know how you felt about it. I do know that they read and listen to all complaints.
ReplyDeleteSorry about your disappointing experience at Disney but had to chime in with a rousing-- Go Steelers!!! Polamalu is BACK baby!
ReplyDeleteWelcome home! I echo what Sue said...please write a letter to Guest Relations or call (407)824-4321. Disney prides itself on excellent service! Looks like the trip was fun regardless. :)
