My heart is heavy tonight as I think of all of the men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom. I will never forget 9/11 and I continue to pray for the families that will forever be changed by the catastrophic event. Everyday while spending time with my family, I know that there are so many that are not home with their families. My fellow comrades are stationed all over the world and are still losing their lives. Being a Marine for 21 years, I've lost many personal close friends ~ the memories will live with me forever. Next time you see someone in uniform...just say thanks. GOD bless America.
Ill start with a thanks to YOU for your service. My hubby was a Marine when we met. I thank my lucky stars every day that he chose to get out and be home with us. I am thankful to him for the time he served. And for his fellow Marines, and all the members of every branch, for what they do.
