Dollar Day Creation and Chalkboard Crazy

Saw these a $ Tree and immediately knew what I was going to do with them. It comes with two chalk board stickers.Remember this tray from here? Just peel and stick~easy and I hope not cheesy! Although this would be great for displaying cheese and writing down the type.I didn't have any cool cheeses except for Velveeta and American slices so so I used leftover crab cakes from Valentine's dinner. Here was the inspiration ...a chalkboard tray from BH&G with cool cheeses!
Some more really cool uses for chalkboard products and chalkboard paint! I just went a little chalkboard crazy tonight!! First up a chalkboard table runner.
Found these chalkboard glasses at Chalkboard China....and quite expensive I might add. I'm so doing this....$ Tree here I come!! (I'm counting this as my other Dollar Day Creation)Napkin rings....I wonder if you could use a paper towel/toilet paper roll???? Hmmmm... I think this table would be perfect for a graduation or back to school party.Chalkboard cloth table runner (photo from NapaStyle)

Chalkboard place mats...great for the kids table ~ provide chalk and eraser and will keep them entertained...at least for a few minutes! :)

Cute tags.
Dual purpose ~ napkin rings and name cards!!

BTW, I have a TWITTER account...wow, I am getting really hip now! I don't know how to use it yet but I'll get there. I have a button on the right of blog to follow. So now I guess I need to start being a faithful tweeter???? Okay, I'll learn the correct lingo too!

  11. Brilliant. Why do I only find crap at my Dollar Store. Well, except for the plates I'm using in my entry to the contest, the rest is crap.

I'm a hold out from Twitter, though I was the last of my peeps to enjoy Facebook and now I'm addicted to that too. I don't need another addiction to feed.
