If you follow me on Facebook then you know why I've been MIA from the blog for 5 days! Yesterday I shot 15 videos for EHow on various How To party projects. I posted sneak peek pictures on Facebook here. I am totally in the DIY party craft mode and I need to get hot on making party crafts for Madison's back to school play date on Friday!! However, when I ran across this Coffee Filter Flower by Christina's Adventures I had to post!!!
She used a hula hoop for the base of flower and coffee filters! Genius!Hot glued each coffee filter overlapping them slightly.
In the center Christina added a lace rosette.
Do you know what I love most about this Coffee Filter Flower beside how inexpensive it is to make? The SIZE!! LOVE how big it is!!! This would be great to fill a blank wall behind food/dessert buffet such a great backdrop! LOVE! If you wanted to have color then you know me....spray paint the coffee filters!
Oh my! How brilliant! Thanks for sharing this. Gotta pin it. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
