Giggles Galore created this amazing Penguins & Polar Bears Winter Onederland for her nephew. Mariah always has such wonderful parties with attention to detail that is impeccable.

Did you know penguins are all the rage this season? Yep....it's the "it" theme right now! Last year it was owls.....oh I wish I could predict what it will be next year so I could be a trend-setter!
