I made these bubble wrap cupcake toppers for a bubble party....(get it~
bubble wrap)....but you could use it for any party theme. Especially because I used Wilton candy melts and they come in so many colors or you can use white and food coloring to coordinate the colors with your event. It is super duper easy as well! Just melt your candy according to directions and spread evenly over bubble wrap. Let dry.
Peel it off the bubble wrap and it looks like this.
Break into pieces and stick into cupcakes...no need to measure and who cares if they aren't the same size.
