Budget week continues with this fabulous find from
Made by Nicole. This fabulous crafty momma made these flowers from
paper towels, burlap and stuff found in her craft storage! Now that is what I call thrifty fabulocity!! These one of a kind flowers can be used in all sorts of ways for parties~ napkin rings, favor embellishments, glue to frames, unique gift wrap to name a few. Did I say these were made from
paper towels???? Unbelievable!
Nicole sprayed paper towels with various colors.
To create this~
Initially when I saw the pictures I thought that making this would be way out of my league but after checking out the tutorial it looks quite easy. Check out her
blog to get tutorial! I went to thrift store today and found my "muse" for my $60 party. Got home too late to take pictures so will post tomorrow.
Too cute. Be blessed. Cindy

Thank you so much for posting about my wreath - that's so sweet of you.
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are really easy - my eleven year old boy made scads of them - and they aren't meant to be "perfect" if you know what I mean.
I did another paper towel flower project today as cheap and recyclable is pretty much my speed right now.

It would make a great vase or centerpiece for a party.
Thanks again for this post. Very cool!
Warmly,
Nicole
