I used ribbon on the bottom first then attached the streamers and bunched it a little like ruffles. I just used craft glue to adhere.Next time I wouldn't use a yellow plastic tablecloth...can see the table too much...but you get the idea. I think it would be awesome to do more layers of streamers for more of an impact. I bought 2 packages from $ Tree and I could have gotten 6 more rows!
I think it makes the plastic seem more finished....your thoughts??
Here is a quick project I did to display the marshmallow pops and hopefully brownie pops. (if they turn out) If not, I have a plan B! I tried some today and they looked like Maddy did them!
Spray painted Styrofoam and used spray adhesive to attach the grass and ribbon. I did 2 of them with yellow/green grass alternated. Gotta love how easy marshmallow pops are! Plus they are always a hit with the kiddos.
Now for some business. The Celebration giftcard giveaway is over! I saw that I wasn't getting entries and initially I was going to really promote the giveaway like I did the Spring/Easter contest. Then I decided against it because this giveaway wasn't meant to attract new followers ~ I just wanted to thank my current followers for spending time with me! So the winner is Christina Hutchison!! Since you were the only entry...I'm going to double your prize. So email me which $80 giftcard you want with your address! And that's no April Fools!! Thanks so much Christina!!
I haven't heard if all of the honorable mentioned or second runner up in the Spring/Easter contest have received their prizes from my wonderful sponsors so please let me know! Thanks.
